Write Brothers's policy is to not sell your name, phone number, e-mail address or any other information to other companies. However, we do a limited number of mailings or e-mailings related to new products, new versions of existing products, and technical issues for products you may have bought and registered with us.

Having your phone number is essential in case of billing and/or support problems, and for sending Federal Express (which is how your software will arrive). We occasionally do limited phone and mail surveys to help determine a user's satisfaction with our products, service and support. Sometimes clients are invited to participate in testing new products.

Rest assured that we handle our correspondences in a responsible fashion -- you are not going to get tons of mail from us.

Confidentiality is very important to us -- we have some of the top writers in the motion picture and literary industry in our databases -- and in over twenty years in business, no one has ever complained to us about mailings -- ever.
